With 20+ years leading Total Rewards, Benefits, and HR Operations, she’s known for simplifying complex Total Rewards projects—whether it's compensation strategy, benefits optimization, or HRIS transformation—by translating data into clear, actionable recommendations. Gretchen takes a consultative approach, using both quantitative insights and direct employee feedback to understand what’s working, what’s not, and why. She distills nuanced, often overwhelming topics into plans that are easy for stakeholders to understand, adopt, and execute—making change feel not just manageable, but meaningful.
